With their convenient location between 7th & 8th Avenues on the lobby level, their team of travel experts is ready to enhance your Seattle experience.

You can pick-up a copy of the Seattle TourSaver at the Visitor Assistance/Concierge Desk--9am to 5pm, daily.

The friendly, knowledgeable staff of the SEATTLE VISITOR CENTER & CONCIERGE SERVICES are available seven days a week (mid-May to mid-October), and weekdays year-round to provide a wide range of services. The center offers immediate assistance with attraction, sightseeing and tour information and reservations, dining recommendations and reservations, maps and in-depth travel assistance, as well as informational member brochure displays regarding hotels and motels, restaurants, shopping, arts and more.
